At HSRS Roofing, we take health and safety very seriously; both that of our workers and their families, and our clients and theirs. As such, we have modified our service call operating practices to maintain social distancing and do our part to help flatten the curve.
MODIFIED SERVICE CALL CONDITIONS
ALL SERVICE CALLS / SITE VISITS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC WILL OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING PRECAUTIONS IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF ALL INVOLVED
- To maintain social distancing, home owners/occupants are asked to remain in their homes at all times while technician is on-site
- HSRS technicians will communicate electronically once on site - this includes the transmission of photos as needed via text or email.
- Should in-person communication be required for any reason, a six foot distance between the home owner / occupant and technician is to be observed at all times.
- Once work is complete, our technician will provide photos of the completed work and/or vacate the immediate vicinity of the repair for the home owner/occupant to inspect as needed
- All payments should be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only via online banking email transfer to info@hsrsroofing.com. We do understand that this method may not be possible for everyone - for those who are not set up for internet banking and need to pay via cheque or cash, we can make arrangements for this in only in advance to allow for proper disinfecting and sanitizing.
